3D Modeling
In the schematic design phase, we can quickly transform sketches or CAD drawings into 3d models using Sketchup. These models can be used in formal studies in the early stages of the design process.
In the design development phase, we can transform CAD drawings into 3D models for presentation purposes. We have a great foundation in organizing objects, components, and materials so that the 3d model is very efficient to revise and refine.
Furthermore, during the construction phase, we can make detailed 3D models of spot details to effectively communicate design intent to contractors and stakeholders.
Visualization
From Sketchup, we can produce renderings using Vray and Photoshop, or animations using Twinmotion. We can create unique approaches to interior and exterior visualizations to give your presentations an artistic edge.
These visualizations can be used for your client presentations, your website, or your social media marketing. You can also use visualizations in design competitions to better convey design ideas to the jury.
Presentation
With the drawings, models, and visualizations, we can create design presentations using Powerpoint. We are confident we will be able to produce convincing presentations that can help you win design competitions and strengthen clients’ trust.
We have used various approaches in presenting design ideas. These approaches range from the usual 3d visualizations to overlaying sketches and hand-written notes on perspectives to show the evolution of initial ideas and how they are reflected in the final design.
